Client privacy and confidentiality is protected at all times. As an
active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, I adhere to the NAPO Code of Ethics.
I never dispose of any client possession - paper or otherwise - without
the client's permission. You make all decisions about purging items. I can give guidance by asking appropriate
questions.
I provide several follow-up calls after a project is completed to
make sure it's working for you and a 1-hour complimentary follow-up session is included at the completion of the organizing
project (generally within 30 days).
Clients are responsible for disposal and/or delivery of donations and
trash. If my assistance is requested for this service, regular hourly rate will apply at the time of pickup.
If any materials are needed for your organizing project, you can do the
shopping yourself or I can help you shop online during the organizing session. If you prefer that I purchase the
materials for you, my regular hourly rate will apply and costs for any materials needed to complete the work is payable upon
delivery. Any purchase of materials will be done only upon your authorization.
Fee for professional services is due upon completion of each session
by cash or check. Hourly fees are at a competitive rate and include time
spent on travel, organizing sessions, phone contacts and routine research. Contact me for prices and details.
A 48-hour appointment cancellation notice is required. Appointments
cancelled without stated notice will be subject to the cost of travel time - minimum of 1 hour.
You will be committed to your success and communicate with me about how
it's working for you during the process. I will be 100% committed to your success!
